Visual Effects
Visual effects are the punctuation of interactive and cinematic experiences — they confirm actions, signal danger, communicate magic, and add dimension to the world. I create VFX for real-time game engines and pre-rendered animation pipelines, building particle systems, shader-driven effects, and simulation-based elements that integrate cleanly with your existing asset pipeline and run within your performance budget.

How It Works
Effect Brief
We define the effect list, performance budget, visual reference, and integration context for each effect.
Prototype Pass
A rough version of each effect is built in your engine to validate the technical approach and visual direction.
Polish Pass
Prototypes are refined with timing adjustments, color tuning, texture updates, and secondary detail.
Performance Validation
Effects are profiled in-engine to ensure they hit performance targets on the specified hardware tier.
Integration & Delivery
Assets are packaged with an integration guide, then handed over with all source files and documentation.
Common Questions
Do you support both Unity and Unreal Engine?
Yes. I work in Unity VFX Graph and Unreal Niagara natively. Specify your engine at the start and all assets will be engine-ready.
Can I request a specific look from a reference game or film?
Reference is extremely helpful. Share screenshots or clips of the effect style you're targeting and I'll match the aesthetic within the technical constraints of your engine.
What if an effect exceeds the performance budget after delivery?
Performance validation is part of the process. If an effect requires a visual compromise to hit budget, I will flag it before final delivery and we will agree on the trade-off.
